The service is provided to you by Nordic Technologies L.L.C-FZ (licence no. 2653509.01), Meydan Free Zone, Dubai. The data is stored inside the EU as set out above, not in the United Arab Emirates. The platform is operated and hosted by Sev Nordic AB in Sweden, which is therefore a sub-processor as set out in the table above. The transfer out of the United Arab Emirates is made on the contractual basis provided for by Articles 22–23 of Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL), at the level of protection set out in the data processing annex.

Onesync processes this data on behalf of the organisation and engages other providers to do so. They are listed, with what each one does and where, under Onesync’s sub-processors.
